Shamus Power was extremely helpful at locating and picking out an F450, even though Tasca did not have the exact one my husband was looking for. Had Quick Lane Service “the works” mid day and was greeted by exceptionally friendly service coordinator. Great atmosphere, staff and service team all were friendly. Progress reports as needed and ample time addressing issues/concerns. Facilities outside/inside and enormous service area were very well maintained and very clean. I have a company car that gets serviced frequently because of the mileage driven. The quicklane has always been a convenient Way for basic maintenance. Never have a problem getting in. Service writer always friendly and knowledgeable with the fleet company we use. No complaints yet

I took my escape in for service and it needed a transmission. Kyle worked with me and the warranty company to have it replaced quickly and as affordable as possible. They also noticed there was a welding defect on my catalytic converter and replaced it. Kyle kept us informed and was very helpful!

I like this dealership Tasca Ford. Their customer service is top notch. I didn't buy my car here, but honestly, I wish I would had! I contacted them due to a recall on my ford escape. They were courteous and talked to me as if I were a regular customer. Great people working here.
Bro ought my car in for an oil change. Was determined I needed breaks. They took pictures and showed me the issue and they schedule me for the brake replacement right away. All employees that I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful!!! Only issue I had was the sticker shock for the cost of the brakes. I didn’t shop around or compare so the cost could be on average for today’s prices, so I would have had that issue no matter where I went.

Was traveling to Scranton for a day long event and was due for an oil change. I called and made an appointment and was helped by Kyle when I arrived. I mentioned that there were a couple open recalls and he looked into it and said they could get them done as well in the timeframe I had. I was delighted. I thoroughly expected to have to make a 2nd trip somewhere for those. The whole process couldn't have gone smoother. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Kyle for any service needs.
