Initially stopped in to use the Quick lane and was very pleased. Decided to have them service the other issues we were having. Made an appointment and they answered questions that we had about one issue, updated software to correct other issues. One safety issue we are not sure if it is corrected and told no way to test it. Best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. I was interested in a Used 2022 ram 2500. I was put in contact with Susan Campbell who was amazing throughout the process. I had my vehicle breakdown on route 17 and it was towed to Tasca Ford. Their service was incredible. They communicated with me frequently throughout the process of repairing my transmission. They made a very difficult situation as easy as possible. The repair was complete completed very quickly, and I was able to travel and pick up my vehicle

Not necessarily rating the dealer but the salesman I dealt with. Shamus who is the commercial manager is a great guy. Treated me very well and drove 45 minutes to pick me up so I could get my car I left at the dealership. MOST IMPORTANTLY he didn’t play the bs where they keep you at the dealership for 4-8 hours, he was on his A game from the beginning to end. Tasca I’d hang on to that guy because I will follow where he goes

I have a company car that gets serviced frequently because of the mileage driven. The quicklane has always been a convenient Way for basic maintenance. Never have a problem getting in. Service writer always friendly and knowledgeable with the fleet company we use. No complaints yet
