I like this dealership Tasca Ford. Their customer service is top notch. I didn't buy my car here, but honestly, I wish I would had! I contacted them due to a recall on my ford escape. They were courteous and talked to me as if I were a regular customer. Great people working here.
Bro ought my car in for an oil change. Was determined I needed breaks. They took pictures and showed me the issue and they schedule me for the brake replacement right away. All employees that I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful!!! Only issue I had was the sticker shock for the cost of the brakes. I didn’t shop around or compare so the cost could be on average for today’s prices, so I would have had that issue no matter where I went.

Was traveling to Scranton for a day long event and was due for an oil change. I called and made an appointment and was helped by Kyle when I arrived. I mentioned that there were a couple open recalls and he looked into it and said they could get them done as well in the timeframe I had. I was delighted. I thoroughly expected to have to make a 2nd trip somewhere for those. The whole process couldn't have gone smoother. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Kyle for any service needs.
I used mobile service. They were on time , completed the work and I was satisfied.
Front desk person were very pleasant and accommodating. Went out of their way to be sure I was aware of options for waiting while my car was serviced. Service technicians were very knowledgeable. Facility is comfortable and clean.

Quick to diagnose, honest assessment, good follow through and communication. Although the repair was quite expensive, I opted not to do it and just do a fluid change instead, I give compliments to Rhiannon Danko, who is my service advisor for the honesty. Communication quick follow up..
Customer service was excellent, explaining all aspects of the warranty repair that was being done, they also had the part in stock which was a great convenience, no repeat trip for the repairs to be completed. The Technicain was Very courteous and knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done and executed the repairs in a very timely manner.

I had no appontment, on a Saturday, and needed an inspection, which was to expire after Sunday. My inspection, oil change and tire rotation and balancing was completed in under an hour. Amazing Qiick Lane service. And the price was very reasonable.
Customer service has been exceptional in all my interactions. I had a maintenance issue shortly after purchasing my car, and the service team made it easy to get everything resolved quickly. That experience alone makes me confident recommending them. The only small suggestion I’d have is adding a quick vacuum after service, which I’ve seen at other shops—but overall, a great experience.
My F150 was at Tasca for the axle recall for 3 months. The parts were back ordered. Erik in service was fantastic to deal with. Very professional and communicated well during the whole process. Tasca gave me a loaner then a rental truck. They were very helpful during the difficult time. Thank you.

Paul in service has been wonderful, patiently listening to my concerns and addressing them (issues discovered after I purchased the truck). Maybe the best wat to put it is this: i was not a Ford 'person' previously, but my experience with Tasca and Ford standing behind their warranties has made me a Ford customer for life.

We decieded to give Tasca another chance. We have taken my Escape in for service twice before and it was an all day process. Inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. This time took less time . One hour twenty minutes. Last times were 8 hours and 5 hours. It was horrible! It seems some attitudes have changed for the better. Will resume taking my car there!
I took my car in for an oil change and a incident happened to my car. The ford team fixed the issue. They kept me updated through the process. I was very happy with the end results. Daryl and his team did a great job keeping the customer happy! Thats why i always choose ford!

Got a good deal for the vehicle I purchased and a fair trade-in price on my vehicle. Friendly salesman and finance team. Bought many vehicles from precious owner (Gibbons Ford) and would buy from Tasca again as well. Only disappointment was the low number of Super Duty trucks on the lot, however, after many months of looking, they finally had what I was looking for.

The best car experience I have ever had. From the deal to driving off the lot was not one negative thing to say. Everyone involved was fantastic and the sales representative Jacob and manger Eric were awesome. I can’t remember the finance guys name but he as well was great and never pressured to buy anything extra to make a quick dollar. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy from them.
